Advanced Permanent Hair Removal, a long-standing, well established Charleston area business, is now owned and operated by former employee, Shannon Shepherd PE, CCE. 

Shannon completed 600 clinical hours in electrolysis, as well as academic requirements and trained on SpaTouch IPL laser/light hair removal.  She received her certificate from Southeastern Institute of Permanent Hair Removal and is an internationally certified member of the Society of Clinical and Medical Hair Removal.

Shannon offers two types of hair removal—traditional Electrolysis and SpaTouch IPL laser/light, sometimes combining the two methods to achieve the desired results.  Her expertise enables her to treat any skin and hair type.  She not only treats facial hair, but hair on arms and hands, legs and feet, backs, shoulders, underarms, bikini lines, etc.  Clients have benefited from her use of both treatment modalities and are so pleased with the results that they often have multiple areas treated.  It is not uncommon for patients to refer their friends and family.
